SEROTONIN BIO:
BORN AND RAISED IN Houston’s Museum District, 24-year-old Cam’Ron Evans has grown into a multidisciplinary artist known as Serotonin, acclaimed for his heartfelt psychedelic music, handmade designs, magnetic personality, and vibrant aesthetic. Evans considers himself merely human, while Serotonin can be viewed as out of this world.
Serotonin founded clothing brand Univerdge in 2016, but has since found passion in another art form: making music. He’s been on three Texas tours in the last five years, performing alongside artists like Chris Travis, Slater, and Cowgirl Clue, making a name for himself in the underground music scene while continuing to create art for Univerdge and host pop-up art shows across the state. He also dabbles in point and shoot photography, filming with VHS, oil painting, clay animation, and more.
SPACEYY BIO:
Blossoming as a bedroom project in 2018 in San Luis Obispo, CA, SpaceyY currently roams the Los Angeles underground scene as a 3-piece, using an SP404 to track beats for their live sets. Holding the DIY spirit close to heart, SpaceyY immerses audiences with liquid light shows, introspective lyrics, and an activating energy, bringing a new spark to the modern wave of neo-psych rock and experimental hip hop.
Saturn Death dive Bio:
The cozy college town of San Luis Obispo is a ripe ground for a new wave of post-pandemic DIY bands. Cue, Saturn Death Dive, a newly formed supergroup where Psych rockers and shoegazers can dap up and drop out into an ethereal state of meditative bliss. Tones of home, overdriven and grungey, reverb soaked “space-age pop” trickle out and about the 7 sisters Central Coast community. Hitting up local hotspots like Bunker SLO and the donut shop SLODOCO, SDD stays melting faces, fully engaged with fellow psych rock torch bearers like Innerspace Visitor and Valley Porno People.
This relatively fresh pressed band doesn’t have any recordings available other than a live video from a recent set at Liquid Gravity, so stay tuned for their upcoming project that’s bound to send you off on a slowcore-induced hyperspeed voyage @saturndeathdive
Corporal Psyche Bio:
Corporal Psyche formed in San Luis Obispo in October 2024, as a two piece unit. They immediately began writing songs at breakneck speed and dove headlong into live performances within mere weeks. With a heavy and melodic sound that melds alternating chugging and ethereal guitar with introspective vocals and driving beats, the duo brings an energetic and thunderous set that belies their decision to forgo the low end.
