Recenter in nature with a gentle practice alongside loving horses & experience the power of the human-animal bond! This 90 minute workshop is designed to provide relaxation, connection to your true nature, and the wonder of being with equines.

Join Bryan and Kate for a gentle Tai Chi/Qiqong class alongside horses in an arena on a private ranch in Paso Robles, CA. You'll be invited to set an intention for your practice and connect to horse wisdom and then Bryan will bring you through a movement flow. Afterwards Kate will lead everyone through a mindfulness activity with the horses.
