These days many of our friends seem distressed, some about the state of the world and the nation, others about concerns closer to home. How best to help them?
This group discussion course will review recommended listening practices and practical crisis management techniques. Because we have to take care of ourselves in order to take care of others, it will also offer tips on how to avoid compassion fatigue and helper exhaustion.
