Come balance the solar energy within your subtle body and the cosmos to up-level your life to it’s fullest potential through ancient yogic, fire puja and shamanic rituals! Is there something your body is asking for? A project that needs deep focus? An area of your life's path that needs upl-eveling? Doing ritual and ceremony in community allows for deeper transformation to cultivate a life in alignment with your highest purpose.
You will spend the afternoon at a serene location that will nourish and rejuvenate your body. This beautiful property in Arroyo Grande offers 4 ways to reset the body: Sauna, gardens with a waterfall, hot tub with a pool, and chakra bio mats.
This day retreat will include kriya yoga, tantra meditation, an ayurvedic meal and time to relax on property. We will end the evening with ancient fire ceremony to release what no longer servesyou and set powerful intentions
Spiritual Tantra Meditation, Breath-work & contemplative practices for empowered life change will be held in the goddess temple and afterwards we will luxurious lounge in the sauna, hot tub, pool and chakra bio mats.

*Important note: Classical Tantra is a spiritual science of self- inquiry and the authentic ancient study of energy centers (chakras). It is not to be confused with Western Neo-modern tantra that is not yoga (union). In other words, tantra is not sex.

Bio
Dawn (Uṣā) Feuerberg, is a YTT certified classical ashtanga yoga teacher, classical tantra meditation instructor, mindfulness life coach and founder of Aurora Adventures, LLC, a wellness inspired travel company. Dawn began meditating at age 9, teaching yoga in 1998 and guiding shamanic rituals in 2012. For the past decade Dawn has been a dedicated student of Sally Kempton, the highly regarded scholar of spiritual tantra and yoga philosophy. She has studied with Siberian shamans, Zapotec & Toltec wisdom keepers in Oaxaca, Mexico. She has completed her trainings at Mount Madonna Institute, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Esalen Institute and the Himalayan Institute. Dawn is currently studying for her advanced degree in yoga philosophy and Sanskrit (YSACP 500).
