All sales are final. 

All items are nonrefundable under any circumstances. 

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.

This is a Rain or Shine event there are NO Refunds.

Animals are not allowed in the event.
There are NO In & Outs.
Chairs are welcome in designated areas only.
All ages are welcome, but you must be 21+ to buy alcohol.
You MUST have a valid ID.  Ages 10 and under are free.
UNOPENED bottles of water are okay.
No Coolers.
No outside food or beverages.
No weapons. No drugs.  No trailers or campers/overnight parking. No drones. Smoking in only designated areas. General Admission grants general entry.

This is a rain or shine event where there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event of heavy rain, thunder, lightning or strong winds and the event is canceled due to safety concerns there are no refunds. Comply with requests from venue staff and operations and follow all emergency procedures dictated to you.
