Hosted by The Lavra
Gather in our circle for soul-stirring vocal and rhythmic exploration, unlocking the beauty of creative self-expression in a welcoming, non-judgmental space.
In challenging times, making music together becomes a form of 'medicine' for the heart and soul—a call to reconnect with what truly matters.
Blending our unique voices and rhythms creates a powerful alchemy of authentic expression, healing, and shared humanity. As a universal language, music transcends cultures, perspectives, and life experiences, offering a joyful and nourishing way to slow down, create beauty, and envision a more harmonious world.
You don’t need to be ‘good’ at singing to join our Song Circle—it’s not about skill or performance.
All voices are welcome, no matter how you think you sound. It’s about showing up, expressing yourself, and feeling the transformative power of rhythm and song in the collective energy.
Everyone is warmly encouraged to participate in the way that feels most natural—whether you hum, sing softly, or simply listen, your presence is enough.
In this safe space, you’ll find the courage to share your authentic voice, building vulnerability, trust, and empowerment.
Participants often leave feeling more peaceful, grounded, and gently energized, no matter what they may have been carrying when they arrived.

The Lavra is located just outside Arroyo Grande in a tranquil county setting nestled in the Edna Valley. It's the perfect setting for this experience. In ancient Greece, a Lavra was the place where back alleyways came together and people gathered. At The Lavra in AG they aspire to create a modern version of the crossroads where people from across the Central Coast can come together to educate and celebrate. [ MORE ABOUT THE LAVRA ]
