5:30-6:30 — Flow with Qi Gong Movement and Breathwork

6:30-7:30 — Slow down with a Restorative Sound Journey Experience

• In the second hour we'll slow things down and help you flow into deep relaxation and rejuvenation. 
• Immerse yourself in nourishing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan brass bowls, gongs, chimes, and more orchestrated to resonate as sacred song in your personal symphony for well-being.
• Feel the stresses of the week melt away as the sounds resonate through you, aligning your body, mind, and spirit like a finely tuned instrument. This restorative journey will leave you feeling renourished, peaceful, and whole.

Andrew Roof, FLOW Wellness

Andrew is a Qi Gong Teacher and Feng Shui Practitioner with over twenty years of experience in the healing arts. Inspired by the Shaolin and Daoist traditions, his daily Qi Gong training has confirmed the power of this practice to calm the mind and strengthen the body from the inside out. Andrew is excited to share this training with anyone looking to support their spiritual and bodily health. His dynamic classes will leave you feeling calm, centered and energized.
