Friday, July 26th your favorite SLOFunny Comedy Show is bringing another five headliner show to the Private Cellar at Justin Winery in the heart of Downtown Paso Robles. This is one show that you definitely do not want to miss. Hosted by the hilarious Sarah Halstead, Featuring Unpaquito (Paco Zamora), JJ Curry (SLO Comedy Festival Best of the Fest), Renee Percy and Headliner Richard Chassler. Get your tickets today.

Hosted by Sarah Halstead

Sarah Halstead is an actor and comedian. Native of Flint, Michigan, Sarah moved to New York shortly after high school, landing plum roles in theatre productions and network daytime dramas. Her comedy revolves around her early life in Flint, Michigan, her engagement to our feature Rich. Her comedy is very self-effacing. She's appeared in over 90 commercials, along with a slew of guest-star roles in both film and television. Sarah's comedy special RVs and Cats is available on Amazon Prime and her comedy album was released in 2021. Sarah's podcast Drinking During Business Hours is available on Apple Music, Spotify and iTunes. She performs standup all over the country and her show Bottle Shock Comedy is featured at Hollywood Improv every month.

Unpaquito 

Paco Zamora is known as Unpaquito. Born and raised in the heart of California, Paco discovered his love of performing at a young age, studying under Bonnie Forward and Michael Passerelli. UnPaquito moved to Chigago to study at the famed IO Theater, where he honed his storytelling abilities and fell in love with stand-up comedy. Since returned to the Central Coast, UnPaquito has be come a fixture in the local comedy scene. With a contagious energy and big hearted comedy, UnPaquito makes it his mission to make the world a better place through laughter.

 

JJ Curry

From the small town of Dudley, Georgia, located just outside of Macon, JJ Curry has some very optimistic views on life. Influenced by his upbringing and the current events of his life now, he will keep you laughing all night. He has been getting his name out there by performing throughout Florida and all across the Southeastern United States. JJ has proven time and time again that his material is suitable for any diverse group of people. He was a participant in the 2022 Flyover Comedy Festival, 2022 World Comedy Expo, and won "Best of the Fest" at SLO Comedy Festival 2023. He has also appeared on “Funny Not Famous” and “LMAO”. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a fun filled evening loaded with laughter with JJ Curry.

Featuring Renee Percy

Renée is an award winning actor, writer, comedian, and ninja*. She caught the acting bug at age 12 when she landed a series regular role on the wildly popular television series DEGRASSI HIGH. Since then, she has appeared on, and written for, numerous television shows,  toured the country doing standup comedy, received a Canadian Comedy Award, the Phil Hartman Award, AND she is only one stamp short of a free yogurt at Pinkberry. She has opened for the likes of Arsenio Hall, Jeff Garlin, Craig Robinson, Preacher Lawson, Jamie Kennedy, Orny Adams, Michael Rapaport, Bill Burr, Yakov Smirnoff and Jay Leno to name a few, and can be seen performing sketches on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Renée is now living the dream in Los Angeles and you can catch her performing live at The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, The Improv, Flappers Comedy Club, ​The Comedy & Magic Club, and part of the Netflix is a Joke Comedy Festival. Her new comedy special "The Komic Sutra" is now available on Amazon Prime and Apple TV!

Headliner Richard Chassler

When Rich began his comedy career, people didn’t have cell phones, beepers were for doctors and “dealers” and Ronald Regan was still president! No newcomer to the world of Stand-Up Comedy, Rich brings many years of road touring experience to his hilarious show which has been described as a cross between a rollercoaster and a Grateful Dead concert, never giving you the same show twice. He has opened for comedy legends like Rite Rudner and Goerge Wallace, Richard Pryor Sam Kinison and Mitch Hedberg to name a few. He was one of the youngest headliners to tour the country.His show is a “quirky” mix of true-life experiences, a healthy dose of observational humor, and a lot of improvisation. Being a trained improviser and super quick wit, you never know what direction Rich’s show is going to take as he loves to play with the crowd and keep the audience not just laughing but also thinking just a little bit.

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
