If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person. 

English Liability Waiver:

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM 

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. 

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity. 

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. 

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: 

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Central Coast Ag Network d.b.a. City Farm SLO and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers; 

(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. 

I acknowledge that CCG and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf. 

I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. 

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity. 

I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. 

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

POR LA PRESENTE ASUMO TODOS LOS RIESGOS DE PARTICIPAR EN CUALQUIER/TODAS LAS ACTIVIDADES ASOCIADAS CON ESTE EVENTO, incluyendo a modo de ejemplo y sin limitación, cualquier riesgo que pueda surgir por negligencia o descuido por parte de las personas o entidades liberadas, de riesgos o equipos defectuosos o propiedad de ellos, mantenidos o controlados por ellos, o debido a su posible responsabilidad sin culpa. 

Certifico que estoy en buena forma física, que me he preparado o entrenado lo suficiente para participar en esta actividad y que ningún profesional médico calificado me ha aconsejado que no participe. Certifico que no existen razones o problemas relacionados con la salud que impidan mi participación en esta actividad. 

Reconozco que este Formulario de Exención de Accidentes y Liberación de Responsabilidad será utilizado por los organizadores de eventos, patrocinadores y organizadores de la actividad en la que puedo participar, y que regirá mis acciones y responsabilidades en dicha actividad. 

En consideración de mi solicitud y permitiéndome participar en esta actividad, por la presente tomo las siguientes medidas para mí, mis albaceas, administradores, herederos, parientes más cercanos, sucesores y cesionarios: 

(A) RENUNCIO, LIBO Y LIBO de toda responsabilidad, incluida, entre otras, la responsabilidad que surja de la negligencia o culpa de las entidades o personas liberadas, por mi muerte, discapacidad, lesiones personales, daños a la propiedad, robo de propiedad , o acciones de cualquier tipo que puedan ocurrirme en lo sucesivo, incluido mi viaje hacia y desde esta actividad, LAS SIGUIENTES ENTIDADES O PERSONAS: Central Coast Ag Network dba City Farm SLO y/o sus directores, funcionarios, empleados, voluntarios, representantes y agentes, y los titulares de actividades, patrocinadores y voluntarios; 

(B) INDEMNIZAR, LIBERAR DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y PROMETER NO DEMANDAR a las entidades o personas mencionadas en este párrafo por todas y cada una de las responsabilidades o reclamaciones que surjan como resultado de la participación en esta actividad, ya sea por negligencia en la liberación o de otra manera. 

Reconozco que CCG y sus directores, funcionarios, voluntarios, representantes y agentes NO son responsables de los errores, omisiones, actos o falta de acción de cualquier parte o entidad que realice una actividad específica en su nombre.
Reconozco que esta actividad puede implicar una prueba de los límites físicos y mentales de una persona y conlleva el potencial de muerte, lesiones graves y pérdida de propiedad. Los riesgos incluyen, pero no se limitan a, aquellos causados por el terreno, las instalaciones, la temperatura, el clima, la condición de los participantes, el equipo, el tráfico vehicular, la falta de hidratación y las acciones de otras personas, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, participantes, voluntarios, monitores y/o productores de la actividad. Estos riesgos no solo son inherentes a los participantes, sino que también están presentes para los voluntarios. 

Doy mi consentimiento para recibir el tratamiento médico que se considere conveniente en caso de lesión, accidente y/o enfermedad durante esta actividad. 

Acepto permitir que mi foto, video o imagen de película se use para cualquier propósito legítimo por parte de la actividad.
