Please feel free to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and comfortable shoes as high heels will not be permitted on the golf course. Be prepared for warm weather and a cool evening.
General Rules and Expectations:
Poor behavior and/or the lack of respect for persons or the facility will not be tolerated.
Occupants are responsible for all property damage.
Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited.
Pets are NOT allowed. Although we are raising funds for shelter animals, we must protect the safety and well-being of all attendees.
Staff reserves the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave the facility.
Cancellations and refunds are not available in any circumstance. Please sell or give your tickets to someone else and know that your generous donation will improve the life of a shelter animal. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.
No refunds for any reason, and proceeds are considered donations to Woods Humane Society. Woods Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Their Tax ID# is 95-2058587.
If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.

DAIRY CREEK GOLF COURSE & SLO COUNTY PARKS LIABILITY WAIVER
I acknowledge that it is dangerous to be in nature and that golf course properties are natural settings where walking, running, biking, and hiking can lead to serious injury, property damage and even death. I acknowledge the risks of outdoor activities and hereby assume those risks. In exchange for the privilege to access at Dairy Creek Golf Course, I assume responsibility for my own negligence and the negligence of any and all persons in my party. I voluntarily agree to accept the risks of accessing Dairy Creek Golf Course and El Chorro Regional Park and on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs hereby voluntarily release Dairy Creek Golf Course, The Siren El Chorro, Contained Hospitality the County of San Luis Obispo and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, judgments and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and/or loss of services, in law or equity, that may in any way or manner arise out of use of Dairy Creek Golf Course and El Chorro Regional Park. This Waiver is Valid from today's date and until December 31, 2043. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. The County of San Luis Obispo acknowledges receipt of this release. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE AND UNDERSTANDING THAT BY BOOKING A PARK PALOOZA RESERVATION AT DAIRY CREEK GOLF COURSE, I HEREBY AGREE TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS.
