Savoring summer on the SLO Co Farm Trail is what Open Farm Days are all about.
Open Farm Days is a self-guided tour of the SLO CO Farm Trail
Many of our local family farms will be swinging open their gates to welcome ticket holders to tour, taste and learn about our local agriCULTURE.
Demos, tastings and farm tours will be happening along the trail for our ticket holding guests to learn how our food is grown and how products are made here in SLO CAL.
This family-friendly experience is an up-close chance to learn about agriculture through demonstrations, tastings, and farm tours.
Ticket holders will visit local farms, ranches, producers and purveyors setting their own pace for a self-guided adventure along the trail. Local farms will be featuring everything from beekeeping to olive oil production. Local ranchers will introduce you to goats, alpaca, sheep, pigs, and more, while local purveyors will showcase their locally made products using our locally grown.
Relax at picnic spots, shop at pop-up markets, and enjoy tastings of food and wine. Places for picnics will be abundant, featuring local provisions & libations for sale.

SLO County Farm Trail farmers, makers and friends will gather at this Friday Night Farmers Marketplace to show off their locally grown and made to kick off the 5th annual Open Farm Days weekend.
This is a fundraiser event benefitting the farmers and makers of FARMstead ED's SLO County Farm Trail
FARMstead ED and the SLO Co Farm Trail work together to support local ag and agritourism. It all starts with education, and getting our hands a little dirty. Please join us as we raise awareness for our local family farms, agriculture as a whole, and those who benefit from it – EVERYONE!
No Farms, No Food, No Clothes – it really is that simple!
This fundraiser will feed moo-la into our local agricultural EDucation programs to broaden awareness of local family farming and the methods in which they produce products for our daily life.
FARMstead ED | SLO County Farm Trail Open Farm Days is a fiscally-sponsored nonprofit organization under Ecologistics, a 501(c)(3) charity in San Luis Obispo, California.

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.

PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE
As attendee of Open Farm Days, you willingly give your permission for FARMstead ED to capture your image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media and marketing without compensation
CANCELLATIONS/TOUR DISRUPTION NOTICE
FARMstead ED SLO County Farm Trail reserves the right to cancel the Open Farm Days weekend in the case of fire, hazardous air quality, power outages, storms, or other conditions that may present high risk to Open Farm Days participants and attendees. If this were to occur, we would notify all attendees via email as soon as possible.
