This is a working farm, no pets allowed.
The walk about the farm is on uneven ground we will be walking through the lavender fields and around the farm. It is best to wear closed toe shoes and bring a jacket, temperatures change throughout the day.

By completing a purchase of a ticket and participating in any Hambly Farms experience You are agreeing on behalf of your entire party to the terms of our RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT.
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in this farm tour and/or workshop event, organized by Hambly Farms (“Hambly Farms”) I AM AWARE THAT THIS EVENT’S ACTIVITIES ARE OR MAY BE HAZARDOUS OR DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES AND I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN. SPECIFIC HAZARDS MAY INCLUDE WILD ANIMALS, POISONOUS SNAKES, BEES AND TRIPPING HAZARDS. I verify this statement by the purchase of my ticket. If Participant is less than 18 years of age, I confirm I am the legal parent / guardian and will supervise them at this event. I allow the Participant to participate in this Activity. I understand that I am responsible for the obligations and acts of the Participant as described in this document. I, on behalf of myself and the participant, as his/her/their legal parent/guardian, agree to be bound by the terms of this document. As consideration for being permitted by Hambly Farms, its agents, officers, directors, employees, representatives, volunteers, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, attorneys, affiliated organizations, and the host farms, (“Released Parties”) to participate in these activities, I hereby forever release Hambly Farms, and Released Parties from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (1) my participation in these activities; (2) the condition of the premises where these activities occur. All references herein to Hambly Farms shall also be deemed to include and refer to Released Parties as well. I understand and appreciate the risk involved in entering upon rural lands, working farms, ranches, and agri-businesses, including but not limited to the risk associated with uneven, rocky, pitted terrain, noise, odors, fumes, dust, legal pesticide use, fertilizers, smoke, insects, farm equipment, machinery, tools, and animals and livestock. I am voluntarily participating in this Activity. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this Activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the activities’ location(s) or facility(ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in these activities, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from (including air travel) or any events incidental thereto. I agree to hold Hambly Farm harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation, including travel to and from (including air travel) or any events incidental thereto. If Hambly Farms incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Hambly Farms. If I need medical treatment as a result of my participation, travel to and from (including air travel), or any events incidental thereto, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware that Hambly Farms does not provide health insurance for me and that I should carry my own health insurance.” ALL FORMS OF SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED, AS ARE BRINGING ANY ANIMALS TO THE FARMS. As attendee of this workshop, you willingly give your permission for Hambly Farms to capture your image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media and marketing without compensation. This event is taking place outside in the open air. State & local COVID protocols will be in place. Your entry implies your confirmation that you are not currently experiencing or have not experienced any virus symptoms in the last 2 weeks and that you understand the risks associated with attending an in-person gathering. Your purchase of your ticket implies agreement with the above health and safety policies and will not hold the venue owner, promoters or anyone associated with the film screening & panel liable for any associated actions. Thank you for caring and staying safe! Attorneys’ Fees and Collection Costs. Should any legal action, arbitration or other proceeding be brought as a result of a dispute between the parties in connection with or arising out of the execution of this Agreement, or the obligations set forth herein, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in such action or proceeding. Any legal action, arbitration or other proceeding brought herein shall be filed or held in San Luis Obispo County. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT PURCHASING A TICKET SIGNIFIES THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I PURCHASE IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL. I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing Hambly Farms from all liability, (b) waiving my right to sue Hambly Farms, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in activities, including travel to and from (including air travel) or any events incidental to thereto.
