Alex Lucero Band -  Live at the Lighthouse!

Enjoy a magical Saturday afternoon with the Santa Cruz's band at the magnificent Point San Luis Lighthouse in Avila Beach! Tickets are limited & will sell out! 

OCTOBER 11 - 2:30 - 5:00 PM

Join us for these "bucket list" concert experiences perched high atop the blue Pacific.  Food and drink available for sale. Come by land or sea!

These Saturday afternoon concerts are limited and will sell out, so make your purchase early to secure your spot.  

You've got 2 ways to attend the show: 
1) BY LAND: Take a van shuttle (Your ticket includes round trip van shuttle and parking at Wild Cherry Canyon Tour parking lot)
2) BY SEA: Arrive by boat (Use your own paddle craft and land at Lighthouse Beach, located just inside the breakwall.  No parking included.) 

ABOUT THE ALEX LUCERO BAND: 

Alex Lucero is a touring Americana/ Soul artist based out of Santa Cruz, CA.

He fronts The Alex Lucero Band who's latest album was recorded and produced at The Studio Nashville (home of The Wood Brothers & The Avett Brothers) and recently returned from their East Coast/ Ireland Tour.
He has been a go-to act, whether solo or with the band for major venues across the country, opening for artists such as Michael McDonald, Chaka Khan, Bonnie Raitt as well as headlining his own shows.

His six-album discography can be found on multiple digital platforms and as a full-time working musician you can catch him live just about anywhere three to seven times a week.

While his studio works have received incredible affirmation and airplay, they just don't compare to his captivating live performance.



We'll have great food, wine and beer available for sale. The historic site will be open for touring. Our gift shop will be open. And - you might even see our docents in period attire on site for lighthouse storytelling. Seating is provided. 
 
TICKET OPTIONS:
• $41.60 - BY LAND: Includes transportation from Wild Cherry Canyon via SLO Safe Ride Vans
• $25 - BY SEA: Admission to the concert - you provide your own transportation via kayak / SUP 
• $600 - VIP Table for up to 8 people, including 2 nice bottles of wine 

SEASON TICKET: 
• $291.20 - Includes 1 ticket for all 8 concerts, including transportation from Wild Cherry Canyon via SLO Safe Ride Vans
 
No outside food or beverage, please. No pets please. This is a smoke free site.

Refund Policy

All items are nonrefundable under any circumstances. 

Item Transfer Policy

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person. 

Age Restriction

All ages are welcome. We do not offer any discounts for children, as attendance at each concert is limited. 

Miscellaneous Policies

The Point San Luis Lighthouse Keepers are excited to welcome you for another fabulous concert!

Some things you need to know before you board our shuttles:

  • Shuttles will begin boarding at 1 pm and will continue to deliver concert goers until 3 pm. The concert begins at 2:30 pm. If you arrive early, you can order food and beverages, casually tour the historic site and find a place to sit.
  • Our parking lot is on Avila Beach Drive - just 1/2 west of Avila Beach. If you arrive at the entrance to Diablo Canyon, you have gone too far. DO NOT use Google Maps.
  • You can bring your own chairs if you like, but we provide plenty of seating.  These are sold out concerts.
  • We do not allow any carry on beverages or food. Bags will be checked. There will be a great assortment of local beer and wine available for sale, along with great food, sodas and water. 
  • We accept cash or credit cards.
  • There is no smoking or vaping allowed at our parking lot or at the light station.
  • Departing shuttles will begin around 4 pm. The concert ends at 5 pm.
  • If there are children in your group, they must remain with you throughout the event.
  • Please be prepared to show your confirmation, tickets or a form of ID to the parking lot attendant if you are shuttling. If you plan to kayak, you will need to do the same once you have arrived at the concert site.
  • Pets are not allowed on the Lighthouse Property.
