Guided by the power of a full moon, join us for an evening of celestial connection and soulful movement during our Full Moon Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Bath Experience. Nestled in nature at Sycamore Springs, you can align your mind, body, and spirit with the luminous guidance of the moon. All yoga levels welcome and encouraged!
As you take the short stroll to Sycamore's Yoga Dome, leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and become immersed in the serenity of the natural world.
Your class will start with a 60-minute all levels Gentle Yoga flow with Chakra Cleansing Meditation & Breathwork to harmonize body, breath, & soul.
After yoga, you will glide into a 30 min session of Sound Healing and Meditation. You will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of harmonic singing bowls as our instructor guides you through the practice of clearing your mind. Curated heated aromatherapy eye masks will be provided to enhance this experience, with calm and soothing scents adding to the overall ambiance.
As the event concludes, participants depart with hearts full, and spirits lifted. This is a transformative experience that will leave you feeling renewed and grounded in both body and mind.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a full body and mind experience where participants are bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls. The vibrations can penetrate deeply into the body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
About the Instructor
Justin has been teaching Yoga since 2016. He specializes in all forms of Yoga, however, he loves to teach Restorative and Gentle Yoga as it's a great class for all levels.
About the November Full Moon
November’s Moon names highlight the actions of animals preparing for winter and the onset of the colder days ahead. Digging (or Scratching) Moon, a Tlingit name, evokes the image of animals foraging for fallen nuts and shoots of green foliage and bears digging their winter dens. The Dakota and Lakota term Deer Rutting Moon refers to the time when deer seek mates, and the Algonquin Whitefish Moon describes the spawning time for this fish.
About the seasonal change of November, this Moon has been called the Frost Moon by the Cree and Assiniboine peoples and the Freezing Moon by the Anishinaabe—for good reason, as winter is right around the corner!
