This is a one day event. No overnight camping -
All tickets are non-refundable.
If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
COME WHAT MAY FEST RELEASE OF LIABILITY
On behalf of each person for whom I am purchasing tickets, we all agree:
This agreement applies to my participation in the Come What May Fest (the “Event”) hosted by Come What May Productions LLC, and by Jeff and Karin Shelton and the 801 Cold Springs Road LLC (“Hosts”). I understand that Hosts will not permit me to attend the Event without my agreeing to the waivers and releases set forth below. I understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:
1. I must take responsibility for my own health and safety and the health and safety of my children, family members, guests and invitees while attending the Event.
2. Attendance is at my own risk and carries certain elements of risk, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, death, and damage to or loss of personal property. It is not possible to specifically identify all risks inherent in attending the Event or participating in related activities. I am voluntarily agreeing to attend the Event with full knowledge of such risks, and I hereby agree to accept any and all such risks.
3. I agree to comply with any rules or guidelines relating to attendance at the Event.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: As consideration for being permitted to attend the Event, I hereby agree on behalf of myself, my children, members of my family, guests and invitees, and our respective heirs,
successors, assigns, and legal representatives (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”), to release and hold harmless, discharge and covenant not to sue Host and their respective officers, directors, managers, members, agents, volunteers, employees, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties) from any and all liability, damages, claims, demands, investigations, suits, judgments, or actions (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with any and all Releasing Parties’ attendance at the Event, or from any activity associated with any and all Releasing Parties’ participation in the Event, including but not limited to Claims related to illness, personal injury, loss of life, property loss or damage, or emotional distress, except to the extent caused by Host’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I understand, acknowledge, and agree that it is the intention of this release to exempt and relieve Released Parties from liability for Claims however caused, including by ordinary negligence or other acts, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RECORDINGS: I understand and agree that Host may make recordings of the Event and my participation therein, and other photographic, audio, or video records of the Event and its participants. I hereby agree that Host may make such recordings and may use any such records for promotional and/or other purposes and I waive any rights I may have to such records. By attending the Event, I understand that I am consenting to be recorded on behalf of myself and all Releasing Parties.
OTHER: I expressly agree that my release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State of California and that this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. I also agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this agreement is held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this agreement and the releases herein which shall continue to be enforceable.
I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and enter into this agreement and release of my own free will. I understand that the foregoing is a RELEASE FROM LIABILITY which will prevent me or my heirs from filing suit or making any claim for damages for any injury to me, my children, members of my family, guests, invitees, or our property arising from or related to the Event.
