Restore your energy & calm the mind to balance your day with guided meditation, pranayama (breath-work) and chakra connection on the beach with the beautiful Morro Bay rock in view.  Guided by Dawn Feuerberg, certified classical ashtanga yoga and tantra meditation instructor, and founder of Aurora Adventures, LLC,  a wellness inspired travel company. 

The beauty of being outdoors is that it can deepen your meditation and it is a beautiful way to reset your day.   Dawn will prompt you to meditate with cues that encourage you to tune into your breathing, absorb your surroundings and physical sensations, and to stay present in the here and now. Dawn will de-mystify meditation with clear, concise, and practical guidance. She holds a container for the group that allows you to relax and connect inward more deeply to help you discover your true nature. Each class begins with specific pranayama (breath work) to calm the nervous system. Classic mindfulness & non-dual tantra meditations are offered to bring balanced relaxation, restore energy, improve well-being and clear the mind. 

Mantra & chakra connection will be offered to experience more depth & increase focus. Dharma talks of the Yoga Sutras of Pantajali will be interwoven on the underlying principles of yoga, on the power of gratitude, on bliss consciousness and on developing a daily practice that supports you wherever you are.

 No prior meditation experience required. However, those who meditate consistently, will leave with  new techniques to deepen & renew their practice.The meditations Dawn guides are suitable for beginners and those with a long-standing practice. Dawn will accommodate the practice to your needs. 

***It is important that you have the opportunity to sit up right with your spine erect.  So please bring what will help you achieve that position.  If sitting on the ground, I recommend bringing a mexican blanket, towel or an older yoga mat and one or two cushions to sit on. If you feel you would be more comfortable sitting in a chair, please bring a folding chair so that you can sit up right with your legs at a 90 degree angle. You know your body and what will work best for you.  I do not recommend typical beach chairs.  

Dawn's bio:

I began meditating at age 9, began teaching yoga in 1998 and began offering shamanic rituals in 2012.  I've completed teacher trainings in classical ashtanga yoga (YTT200), mindfulness meditation, non-dual tantra meditation & Siberian shamanic rituals.  I've studied with highly regarded teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Mount Madonna Institute, the Himalayan Institute and Esalen Institute.  I am also the founder of Aurora  Adventures, an LLC that offers wellness inspired travel & experiences.

Item Transfer Policy

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
