Course 1: Spinach & Feta wrapped in Brik with a Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce
Course 2: Beet and Orange Salad with baby gems, shallots, toasted hazelnuts, and goat cheese
Course 3: Sea Bass with artichoke hearts, mighty cap mushroom risotto Cake, and red wine Butter Sauce
Course 4: Filet Mignon with king crab, Wagyu wrapped asparagus, and fingerling potatoes with Béarnaise Sauce
Course 5: flourless chocolate torte with Amaretto cream & strawberry cheesecake mousse
9:00pm East Coast toast with CaliPaso Prosecco

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
