We have invited some of our favorite local producers to showcase their products for you at our 10th Anniversary Celebration. Please join us for an evening reminiscent of our original events - sample sips and bites from local businesses while getting to know owners and learning about their passion, vision, and progress!
For 10 years, Slow Money SLO has promoted and supported the sustainable growth of local food and farm businesses. As part of that mission, we invite the public to enjoy locally grown, sourced, produced or purveyed foods and beverages at our events! We find this is a great way to introduce consumers not only to new products, but to the business owners behind them!
We are excited to host our 10th Anniversary Celebration in the Milking Parlor at the Historic Octagon Barn in San Luis Obispo. With history in the region's dairy industry, this venue lends itself perfectly to a happy hour style gathering of snacks and sips, with some wine country staples - cheese, bread, wine, and more!
This event will introduce you not only to local food business owners, but will look back on some of the work we have done, and forward to the work we will do. Please join us for a lovely evening!
*In an effort to keep our event fun and safe, we are keeping a watchful eye on CDC COVID-19 safety guidelines as we make plans. As the date approaches and guidelines evolve, we will keep all ticket holders updated on what safety protocols to expect during this event.
