This June, Executive Chef Troy Tolbert presents a custom 4-Course Dinner and Wine Pairings featuring wines by Wolff Vineyards.

Executive Chef Troy Tolbert designs a custom menu unique to each dinner. He collaborates with local farmers, purveyors, and more to promote our community through extraordinary dining.
This menu highlights the evening’s featured partner: Wolff Vineyards! With personal course introductions from Wolff’s Winemaker Jean-Pierre Wolff and Chef Troy, we welcome guests to connect, learn, and relish in the bounties of the Central Coast.
About Wolff Vineyards
Wolff Vineyards is a 125 acre winery that was planted in 1976. Today the vineyard is an ecologically friendly, certified sustainable, family owned winery lead by Jean-Pierre, Elke, and Clint Wolff.
