Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS. Your entry fee is a donation. 

Item Transfer Policy

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person. 

Miscellaneous Policies

Registrations WILL be accepted up to and including "day of drive ups", space permitting.

Due to limited space, use of a canopy requires payment of an additional registration fee for additional space. Just reserve the double space option. 

Important Information: Entrant agrees to abide by all rules set forth by the Knights of Columbus Committee (Committee) and St. Louis de Montfort Church.

Entrant/Vendor accepts all liability and agrees not to hold either group or representative of the same liable for theft, injury or any other damages. Additional information and forms available at kofccarshow.com. Rules subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Committee. Onsite check-in begins at 8:00 am. No refunds will be issued for any reason. The Knights of Columbus is a 501(c)8 fraternal organization and as such your donations may not be tax deductible (TIN 77-0347391). Proceeds to benefit Knights of Columbus Council 11137 scholarship and youth programs.

Pre-registration is OPEN for our 2025 show!

Notes to keep in mind for the day of our show:

• To streamline parking PLEASE bring have your ticket ready.  It will be emailed to you along with your order confirmation.  This will get you into our express lane for much faster parking! Pre-registered guests may check in starting at 7:30.

Yes, drive-ups are welcome! The non-preregistered lanes just move more slowly.

About the St Patrick's Day Car Show

Our past shows have raised $45,000 to support scholarships and youth programs . 

Please join us in keeping this tradition of support going. 

Every bit of help counts. From entering a vehicle, sponsoring a trophy category or another sponsorship level,  having a vendor booth for your business,  every dollar raised over expenses will go to the fund. 

The show is FREE for the public to attend. We're happy to announce that Unfinished Business will perform live on stage for us again.
