General Terms

I confirm that I am at least 21 years old to attend events where alcohol is present. If I choose to drink, I will do so responsibly and am encouraged to use a designated driver. I release Downtown SLO and the City of San Luis Obispo from any liability related to my participation, including any consequences of alcohol consumption by myself or others. I waive all claims against Downtown SLO and the City of SLO, whether due to event risks or negligence. I also agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from my involvement in the event.

Refund Policy

All items are nonrefundable under any circumstances. 

Item Transfer Policy

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.

Downtown San Luis Obispo’s premiere tasting stroll event is back! Local wineries, beverage providers, restaurants, and caterers from around the county will serve tastings and small bites at downtown retail locations. “Sip & Saunter” your way through downtown’s beautiful tree-lined streets, sample some of the Central Coast’s finest food and drink, enjoy live music, and discover the unique retailers in San Luis Obispo.
