About "Joyful Rhythms" Drum Circle:
Led by Dee DiGioia of Mindful Kindful YOUniversity, new to SLO about 8 years ago, this facilitated drumming experience offers a welcoming environment for all, from beginners to experienced drummers. Unlike traditional open drum circles, Dee gently guides participants in a structured, intentional experience designed to inspire connection, build community, and nourish the spirit.
In our vibrant drumming circles, you’ll find inspiration and a space to explore your inner rhythm guided by playful rhythmic activities and opportunities for free-form, creative expression. Feel the uplifting energy as rhythm resonates through your heart, invigorates your body, and nourishes your soul!
