The San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden presents Nature Nights, an immersive outdoor holiday light, art, and music experience. Visit the gardens to enjoy this beloved holiday event.
The event will feature lighting exhibitions and art throughout eight acres of the Garden. Guests can enjoy live music each night. Wine and beer will also be available. Last year over 9,000 people visited Nature Nights and our third year will be even more spectacular.
Nature Nights will open to the public on select nights from November 22, 2024, through December 28, 2024, at the SLO Botanical Garden, 3450 Dairy Creek Rd., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405.
This year Nature Nights will feature the very best in live, local music with performances from B & the Hive (duo), Pete Pigeon / Arcoda, Joy Polloi, Deuces Wild, Hakeem, PTFS!, Toan Chau, Professor S and the Stress, Kevin Sean, Gary Wooten, and more! They’ll also have seasonal holiday performances from Bellisima Handbells, the Jingle Belles, and The Uncommonne Carolers. In addition, there will be 2 visits from Santa!
Ticket Prices (includes all service fees):
The opening night benefit celebration will be on Friday, November 22, from 5-8 pm. Guests will enjoy a festive evening filled with wine from Harmony Cellars appetizers from Carolyn's Kitchen and LouLou the Cheese Girl, music from Cal Poly's acapella group That's the Key, and a grand reveal of this year’s lights. We'll also have a coffee bar from The Human Bean and a dessert table featuring the Brown Butter Cookie Company, Bijoux Bakery, and more. Tickets for opening night are $100 per person and all proceeds support the Garden.

The San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden is midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles and emphasizes education, horticulture, art, resource conservation, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
This is an all-ages event. Alcohol will only be served to those 21 and over.

By completing this order, I acknowledge that I have read the Release Waiver COVID-19 Addendum and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old or accompanied by a legal guardian and fully competent to give my consent; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
Media Release and Permission to Photograph – The San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden is a nonprofit organization. Occasionally, program activities may be photographed or videotaped for educational, publicity or fundraising purposes. Please indicate if you will allow your image to appear in videos or photos without compensation (e.g. as part of brochures, slide shows or program websites). Full names are never used.
Waiver and Hold Harmless – Every effort is made to provide participants with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. I attest and verify that I am physically able to participate in all activities offered at the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden. I understand, however, that there are inherent risks in outdoor and program-related activities and, knowing the risks, nevertheless, I agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY, OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, sustained while I participate in activities at the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden. I agree if any claim for personal injury or wrongful death is commenced against the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden (including its officers, directors, members and/or volunteers), I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden from any and all claims or causes of action for personal injuries, property damage or wrongful death that hereafter accrue, arise out of, result from, or are caused directly or indirectly by my attendance and/or participation at the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden educational activities.
COVID-19 Addendum – I acknowledge that I have received, reviewed, comprehend, and agree to the COVID-19 Addendum of this waiver, and that this addendum will remain effective until laws and mandates relevant to COVID-19 are lifted.
