Hosted at the fun and funky Yes Cocktail Co. Tasting Room in Paso Robles, Yes Cocktail Co. was founded by husband-and-wife duo Lauren Butler and Brandon Alpert. Inspired by their global travels as theatre educators and performers, they turned their passion for craft cocktails into a mission: to create premium mixers made from all-natural, locally sourced ingredients. Their syrups and mixers are crafted to bring the quality of world-class bars right into your home.
The workshop will be led by Founder Lauren Butler, whose love for bold flavors and creative mixology is matched only by her talent for making cocktails accessible, fun, and downright delicious.
