We buy supplies and prepare for the workshop based on your purchase. No refunds will be issued; however, if you contact us in advance, we will put together a kit, less the drink included in the workshop, for you to pick up within one week from the date of the workshop.
If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
