Event Summary

Meet The Man Who Owns Nothing!
Robin Greenfield is coming to San Luis Obispo! After 3 months in his experiment of non-
ownership, Robin is going on tour. He will be visiting communities from San Diego to San
Francisco sharing about his immersive experience in non-ownership and living without money.
Through this experience, Robin encourages us to question the unquestioned structures and
norms of our society. Together we will break free, reconnect with Earth, and grow our
community.
Robin will be telling his story at The Bunker at 7:00 pm Thursday, May 8th as part of Ecologistics’ Critical Conversation Series. Doors open at 6:30 pm. You can watch a short introduction to Robin’s life experiment here. Admission is free.
Robin Greenfield is a truth-seeker, activist, social reformer and servant to Earth, humanity and the plants and animals we share our home with. His life is an experiment with truth and integrity.
At the heart of Robin’s action-based philosophy is his dedication to living simply and sustainably as a means of active resistance to systems of destruction and exploitation. Through living closely connected to Earth, he is on a path of personal liberation. Through living simply, he rejects societal standards of consumerism that contribute to great inequity and injustice. More information about Robin can be found on his web site at https://www.robingreenfield.org/ Ecologistics’ mission is to collaborate with people and organizations around the world to create resilient and healthy communities that are environmentally and economically sustainable, and socially just.
