Join our "Joyful Rhythms" Drum Circle and discover the transformative power of rhythm and connection through creative play in our fun-focused, dynamic drumming circles! Help create unforgettable memories filled with rhythm, laughter, and the joy of living life to the fullest!

Our facilitated drum circles weave playful,  guided activities and games with opportunities for free-form exploration. Immerse yourself in a journey of self-discovery and creative expression as you experience the vibrant energy of collective drumming.

The best part? It’s oh-so-GOOD for you!

Our drum circles are not only FUN—they’re also a pathway to well-being. These activities are grounded in an integrated model of evidence-based practices that promote a wide range of  therapeutic and holistic health benefits . You’ll experience positive effects across physical, cognitive, mental, emotional, and social dimensions of well-being, including stress relief.

Our circles are a great way to meet new people and find out that we have more in common than we realize! According to the Bamana people of West Africa, the djembe drum was named from the saying “Anke djé, anke bé” which roughly translates to “Everyone gather together in peace.”

Absolutely NO previous musical/drumming experience is necessary, even if you think you have no rhythm! If you have been curious about a drum circle but were afraid to try, now is your chance  - come play! We'll bring the drums!
