HEXENGHUL: Gothic doom metal from Atascadero, CA. Hexenghul features a heavy, guitar-driven, doom-laden sound with haunting, witchy vocals to create a musical experience that lives in the liminal space between nightmarish and ethereal.
CATACOMBS: Deathcore from California's Central Coast. Catacombs brings the rage with a sonic wall built around crushing guitars, pummeling drums, and harsh vocals; sonically fluctuating from rapid-fire brutality to menacingly slow heaviness.
MECHANICAL GHOST: Industrial, EBM, and powernoise from Arroyo Grande, CA. Mechanical Ghost utilizes machine-like beats, crashing metallic sounds, walls of distorted synth, and manic, mangled vocals to construct a vibe akin to a cybernetic meat grinder.
CLOSER TO DEATH: Darkwave and post-punk from Santa Barbara, CA. Closer to Death's sound is a dark blend of electronic beats, vintage synth, jangling guitar, and intimate vocals; assembled to create an old-meets-new sound that hearkens back to the darkest days of goth rock.
This show will also feature gothic/horror burlesque performances by J-BIRD and CREIG CHRIST.
Additionally, PHANTOM STRANGER RECORDS and A PIRATE'S LIFE ART COLLECTIVE will be joining us for a pop-up record store and independent art display.
Doors open at 7:30 PM, and the show starts at 8:00 PM. 21+ only w/ valid ID. Admission is $15.
