Doors open at 3:00pm. DJ at 4:00pm.

SLOpickers

Spend the afternoon on the patio with friends, food, and a little gluegrass!

The SLOpickers are a 4-piece bluegrass string band based out of San Luis Obispo, CA. They perform a grassy array of repertoire ranging from traditional tried-and-true bluegrass standards to more contemporary original compositions. The band members are Joel Demir (guitar), Scott Conroy (upright bass), Justin Martinez (mandolin), and Scott Morris (banjo).  

At their shows, the SLOpickers carry on the bluegrass tradition of performing around a single microphone, which makes for an entertaining “stage dance” harkening back to classic bluegrass performances at the grand ole opry in the 1950’s and 1960’s.
