Spend a warm summer evening with us at Riverstar enjoying a seasonal, locally- sourced dinner crafted to pair with some of our new wine releases.
Join us for a beautiful evening out on the lawn with winemaker Steve Martell. Enjoy a five- course dinner paired with Riverstar wines, food prepared by local chef Kyle Baca (check out the menu below!). Live music will be provided by Kenny Taylor, a talented Central Coast musician playing some of his original songs. For a special treat, an astronomer from the Central Coast Astronomical Society will be here with a telescope for some stargazing under the moon. We hope to see you here!
Course 1: tomato gazpacho with cucumbers & basil oil * paired with the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc
Course 2: butter lettuce salad, herb buttermilk dressing, pickled onions, radish & celery * paired with the 2018 Rosé
Course 3: grilled summer squash, spicy tomato jam, burrata, chili oil, marinated cherry tomato * paired with the 2016 Affinity (Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Zinfandel)
Course 4: hanger steak with tapenade potatoes, carrot puree, chimichurri, mustard seeds * paired with the 2016 Petite Sirah
Course 5: port milk punch & gourmet chocolate chip cookies * paired with 2016 Zinfandel
