We are so VERY excited to welcome Sarah Goible of Owl Eyes Wellness back to Zest, teaching from her expertise in at-home fermenting. Gathering in our commercial kitchen, she will be sharing her 100 year old starter with us as we learn the basics of care and how to transform the goodness into recipes for your kitchen. This hands-on class will have you mixing, rolling, and playing as you make your very own sourdough crackers.
As with ALL Zest it Up workshops, delicious snacks will be served throughout the evening. We always welcome attendees to BYOB a bottle of wine to enjoy during class, if so inclined.

***Due to limited seating and high demand of workshop tickets, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy to receive a refund or to reschedule. We have a workshop minimum of at least 5 people. If we need to cancel the workshop we will notify the guests at least 3 hours in advance. Either a refund can be issued or credit can be kept on file to be used at a future workshop.
