We are beyond the beyond to be collaborating with Anissa Hedges, owner of Bottles & Ice, for this unique holiday workshop that blends the glamour of craft cocktails with the swankiness of delectable hors d'oeuvres. Join us as we share how you can easily be the cocktail party diva of your crew!
During the two hour workshop, we will cover three cocktails and three accompanying hors d'oeuvres. We will be looking towards trends, seasonal eats, and the holiday spirit to bring you a killer menu of fun. Start your week off right with some skills that will carry you well into your weekend with pizazz. We will cover how to make custom simple syrups, how to prepare beautifully complex shrubs (complex in flavah, but not in skill), how to pair appetizers with cocktails for the perfect party experience, and a little extra Zest when it comes to presentation!
The class will also cover cocktail basics, like the proper equipment and techniques needed to make perfect sips for the holiday season. Everyone takes home recipes, a list of bar tools needed and great ideas for entertaining with your peeps!
