Chocolate class will cover: history of chocolate and health benefits, recipes for cocoa nibs, how to make ganache, and take home box of dried orange dipped in chocolate, dark chocolate bites with cherries/pistachios/sea salt, matcha truffle, cocoa truffle, Chocolate dipped stuffed Strawberry, & chocolate leaf
