In January we often talk about New year's resolutions. We set BIG goals, create vision boards, we create workout plans, and we know the intentions are pure. We are often looking ahead to get on a path to make this year ahead better than the last.
We want to invite you to slow down, do less, and really step into the year focused on the Being and not so much the Doing.
