Event Details

Hosted by Paul Conyers

Paul is a comedian from the San Francisco Bay Area who has been doing comedy since 2016, starting right before that one election. Remember that? Seemed like a very chill time when people were in the mood to laugh, so I figured why not.

He grew up in Sacramento, California, which is not the Bay Area, stop saying it is. Paul moved to Oakland to try and play college basketball, which is where the real comedy took place. He was so bad, his nickname was doughnut. "I scored 0 points my Senior Night and if you know anything about Senior Nights, you basically have a Steph Curry-sized green light to shoot as much as you want. And I did. Nothing was falling."

He was usually able to get some decent laughs from the bench during games so he decided to give comedy a try. And since then he's been able to do some pretty cool stuff. He has a an Open Bar Special and released his debut special "Above the Fray back in 2020. Paul is very festive, having won Best of the Fest at the Big Pine Festival, Sacramento Comedy Festival and SLO Comedy Festival. In 2020, he also won the Main Event at the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas. His Comedy can be heard on Sirius XM Radio, Pandora and Spotify.

Cory "Showtime" Robinson

Cory Robinson is one of the most hilarious young comedy stars in the skies over Hollywood. Now a stand-up veteran, Cory has performed for the troops overseas in Asia and the Middle East, toured all over the US and Canada, and has been featured in the TV show "Laughs" on Fox. Cory regularly performs in clubs, casinos, and colleges up and down the west coast, and is also an accomplished actor, writer, and live show producer. Cory's smart and observational style are critically acclaimed.

Steven Briggs

Steven is an LA based comedian, writer & actor. In addition to his international touring schedule for Stand-up, he regularly shoots sketch comedy for his YouTube channel, which has grown exponentially in the recent years, with videos grossing over 100k views.

He has just returned from his 5th tour performing for the US troops in the Middle East  and has also recently been featured on TruTV's Laff Tracks, Hulu's Coming to the Stage, Jokesters TV on the CW and is slated to appear on a new Netflix show this year. His album, Whiskey Dick, can be found on iTunes.

Featuring Felicia Michaels

Felicia was an "Army Brat" who was used to moving about, Michaels built her early career by refusing to allow her gender to tame her material and never once flinching when it came to the rigorous travel and tv schedule that a stand-up comedy career demanded in the late 90's. Her comedy appeared on such networks as MTV, A&E, Comedy Central, VH1 and Showtime. Not to mention NBC, ABC and FOX. She soon found herself becoming a Comedy Grand Champion on Star Search. Her first comedy CD, Lewd Awakenings, landed Felicia on XM Satellite’s list of top 100 jokes. She was nominated twice as Funniest Female by the American Comedy Awards before clinching it. Breaks from touring were supplemented with film and photography courses at NYU and The New School, which led to her writing and directorial debut with the Cine Eagle Award-winning short film In the Weeds. Work soon followed on Mitch Hedberg's Sundance Film Festival selection Los Enchiladas, as an actor and assistant director. Guest appearances followed on sitcoms, and her ongoing photo documentary project "Stand UP / Stripped DOWN" won first place at the Prix de la Photographie competition in Paris. She quit comedy after her second child was born, only to return from that hiatus stronger and more determined then before. Touring followed quickly, along with a two-year run with the hit underground podcast Beauty and Da Beast with fellow comic Joey "Coco" Diaz. Their "raw- some" comedy chemistry earned them a Best Comedy Podcast nomination from the Podcast Awards in 2012, keeping company with the likes of fellow nominees WTF and the Nerdist. Currently Michaels keeps herself busy as a returning regular on the second season of Nick's Parental Discretion, touring, and putting the finishing touches on a new directorial project - all this while raising two young boys as a single mother.

Headliner James Frey

James Frey, a Los Angles based Actor, Writer, and Stand Up Comedian has hit the scene hard with his 6’5” 260 lbs lumberjack frame and child-like personality. A hilarious combination of man-meets-beast looks with boyish humor and wonderment is a sight to be seen on the stages of the Los Angeles comedy scene. Frey is featured in 8 national commercials, Nickelodeons ‘Ricky, Nicki, Dicky and Dawn’, Nickelodeons ‘Thundermans’, Hulu’s ‘Future Man’, and independent Films ‘IF’ and ‘Runner Runner’ James Frey is making a signifiant impact on the screen. The trained sketch writer unleashes his quick-witted nonsensical humor in his recently sold Horror-Comedy anthology film ‘Fear Scared’.
