Open to the empowered sacred feminine within your subtle body through the energies of the Hindu goddesses and the Shakti (energy) life force. This 4 class series will explore the iconography, mythology and devotional practices of 4 goddesses: Durga, Kali, Saraswati and Laksmi. The goddesses represent archetypes of psychological energies that can be the source of transformative wisdom in your own life. Dawn will offer an enlivened sacred mantra practice and a guided chakra meditation of each goddess that was passed down through her teacher, Sally Kempton, the highly regarded teacher of Spiritual Tantra* Philosophy. Dawn will also weave in powerful ancient Siberian Shamanic exercises of sacred movement to awaken the divine feminine
This 4 week series can help you re-order your priorities, bring physical healing, kindle joy, uproot habit patterns, and support your creative endeavors. Dawn will introduce the yantra, mantra, stula and lessons of one Goddess per week. You will be given optional meditations and rituals to practice at home between class sessions. Let’s share in the Divine play of the Goddess together. This course is open to all genders.

*Important note: Classical Tantra is a spiritual science of self- inquiry and the authentic ancient study of energy centers (chakras). It is not to be confused with Western Neo-modern tantra that is not yoga (union). In other words, tantra is not sex.

Bio
Guided by Dawn Feuerberg, certified classical ashtanga yoga teacher, classical tantra meditation instructor and founder of Aurora Adventures, LLC, a wellness inspired travel company. Dawn began meditating at age 9, teaching yoga in 1998 and guiding shamanic rituals in 2012. For the past decade Dawn has been a dedicated student of Sally Kempton, the highly regarded scholar of spiritual tantra and yoga philosophy. She has studied with Siberian shamans and Zapotec & Toltec wisdom keepers in Oaxaca, Mexico. Dawn is currently studying for her advanced degree in yoga philosophy and Sanskrit (YSACP 500). She is also a mother of two, a surfer and a Spanish professor.
