Based on the NRA's Refuse To Be A Victim® program, OutSmart Women's Self-Defense Workshop is the only implementation program of its kind that teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for developing a strategy for your personal safety and how to experience the freedom of feeling safe anywhere in the world, no matter where you are!
