House of Pride and Equality (HOPE) in conjunction with the Santa Maria Civic Theatre (SMCT) proudly hosts this buyout performance of : "The Prom"
This hilarious musical is a heartwarming story that centers around the power of inclusion and love. Set in the small, conservative town of Edgewater, Indiana, it follows the story of Emma Nolan, a high school student who wants to bring her girlfriend to prom. However, the homophobic PTA at her school is determined to prevent this from happening.
HOPE is using this as a PRIDE Fundraiser, and each ticket to the show goes for $30 a seat. There will be a preshow reception starting at 12:30 and a special intermission reception for guests who purchase tickets to this event. We appreciate your help in supporting both our upcoming Pride event on 6-9-24 at the Santa Maria Fairpark by participating and buying a ticket to this buyout theatrical performance.
Doors to the theatre for this private event will open at 1:00pm and the show begins promptly at 1:30pm.
