Open to the empowered sacred feminine within your subtle body through the energies of the Goddesses of Yoga and the Shakti (energy) life force. This class will explore the iconography, mythology and devotional practices of the Goddess Lalita Tripura Sundari, the Playful One who can help your reorder your priorities, bring physical healing, kindle joy, ignite pleasure, uproot habit patterns, and connect you to your truest highest intuitive self. Meditation, light movement, mantra, connection, blissful heart opening practices will be offered.
The Goddesses of Yoga represent archetypes of psychological energies that can be the source of transformative wisdom in your own life. Dawn will offer an enlivened sacred mantra practice and a guided meditation that was passed down through her teacher, Sally Kempton, the highly regarded scholar of Spiritual Tantra* Philosophy. Dawn will also weave in powerful ancient Siberian Shamanic exercises of sacred movement to awaken the divine feminine.

*Important note: Classical Tantra is a spiritual science of self- inquiry and the authentic ancient study of energy centers (chakras). It is not to be confused with Western Neo-modern tantra that is not yoga (union). In other words, tantra is not sex.

Bio
Dawn (Uṣā) Feuerberg, is a YTT certified classical ashtanga yoga teacher, classical tantra meditation instructor, mindfulness life coach and founder of Aurora Adventures, LLC, a wellness inspired travel company. Dawn began meditating at age 9, teaching yoga in 1998 and guiding shamanic rituals in 2012. For the past decade Dawn has been a dedicated student of Sally Kempton, the highly regarded scholar of spiritual tantra and yoga philosophy. She has studied with Siberian shamans, Zapotec & Toltec wisdom keepers in Oaxaca, Mexico. She has completed her trainings at Mount Madonna Institute, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Esalen Institute and the Himalayan Institute. Dawn is currently studying for her advanced degree in yoga philosophy and Sanskrit (YSACP 500).
