Item Transfer Policy

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.

It's our third annual Brass Mash Prom! Don't worry - we'll play waaaay too many slow dances! Dress up in your best ball gown and tux, because we're throwing the best Prom you never had. It is really a Prom?... well, it's kinda one, hence the "Prom-ish"...

First Fridays are magical nights filled with the vibrant energy of our all-horn band. Join the festivities at Liquid Gravity and immerse yourself in the unique fusion of your favorite rock and pop songs. It's a musical journey that promises to be unforgettable, so make sure to wear sensible shoes for the dance-worthy beats.

This event has become a very popular event. It is not uncommon to see an hour-plus wait at the door for our "first come first serve" seating and standing area. We have created this reservation system so that everyone can plan a great evening.

Book one of our plush couch seating areas. These areas come with a QR code for ordering, so getting a beer will be a breeze! When you arrive, you’ll be shown a QR code to scan and start your tabs (multiple tabs are okay!), and a server will bring your beers out to you all night long!

 

Option 2: Picnic Table: $160 - Maximum 8 people

Want to ensure you secure your spot & avoid the long line to get in? We’ve got just the thing you need! We are now reserving wine barrels, bistro tables, and high tops! Secure your spot ahead of time & get to plan your week like the elder millennial and Gen X'er we know you are!

Here are a few important details for your night of entertainment:

Secure your spot by making table and bay reservations on the Liquid Gravity website (keep an eye out the week before).
While there is plenty of first-come-first-serve seating, early arrival is recommended to beat the line.
Food Trucks are Always a Favorite at the Event.
Parking may be a bit challenging, but most find street parking within a block.
Please note that dogs are not allowed
This event is for those aged 21 and above; however, parents or guardians are welcome to bring their kids for a night of family-friendly fun.
