Resource and Vendor Booth Signup for Santa Maria Pride 2024 - Information and Guidelines Below
Payments accepted here on My805, by check or via VENMO.
HOPE will complete your registration online here at My805 for payments received by check or VENMO.
Your "Vendor Ticket" will gain you access to Pride for your booth on the day of the event and you will be checked in using your ticket.
Booth Fees are as follows:
Nonprofit/Makers: $65 / Small Business: $100 / Corporate Business: $250
*Food Trucks Must Apply by email to info@houseofprideandequality.org
Santa Maria Pride will be held on Sunday June 9, 2024 from 11am to 5pm at the Santa Maria Fairpark.
All Booths are responsible for bringing their own 10x10 canopy, tables, chairs and appropriate paper and canopy weights in case of wind.
Your setup time is 9:00am to 10:30am. You will be directed to your space the morning of the event. All vehicles must be out of the designated event area by 10:15am.
All booths are expected to operate their booth until 5pm, and keep a clean area. At the end of the event, please pick up all of your trash and deposit in the trash receptacles.
ALL VENDORS wiill receive and email on June 7th with instructions for the day of the event!
